Ms. Xingmei Chen

Ms. Xingmei Chen immigrated to the United States and pursued the American dream, creating a name for herself as a successful entrepreneur and community-committed real estate developer in the greater New York area. Prior to the U.S., Ms. Chen has achieved wide acclaim regionally and nationally in China since 2006, when she headed the business conglomerates encompassing industry fields in automobile vehicle manufacturing, petroleum and oil marketing, healthcare and anti-aging, cultural tourism and resort development in scenic areas, licensed financing and loan services, etc.

In China, Ms. Chen established Zhuangyimei Health Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., a healthcare business line, and served as Chairman of the Board. In this role, her team managed a registered capital up to ￥100 million (Chinese currency) and strategic partnerships with the government and premier State-owned enterprises with a network of 148 hospitals nationwide. Ms. Chen intends to extend the success to the U.S. and bridges for the two nations’ healthcare betterment, in the context of people’s lifestyle changes in China and their growing concern and demand for top quality healthcare.

Under her leadership, the corporate endeavors real estate development in the NYC areas with a vision to create or revitalize better neighborhoods of gentrification and prosperity. Through various acquisitions and investment opportunities，AHS has become one of the noticeable and vigorous forces in the growth of neighborhoods transformation. With Ms. Chen’s track record and leadership, AHS will continue to grow as a full service real estate company, providing planning, design, development, construction, property management, sales and marketing services. We have joined the major forces in reshaping the NYC cosmopolitan landscapes by developing and building master-planned commercial, residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use properties.

As the chairman, Xingmei Chen’s experience and ability will lead Chinese General Chamber of Commerce Inc to provide help and platform for Chinese-American enterprise cooperation and development, and play an important role in promoting economic cooperation and development for both countries, as well as business opportunities for members.
